8 Smoked Sausages
1 bag of Coleslaw Mix
1/2 cup Sliced Pickled Okra
3/4 cup Mayo
1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tsp Brown Sugar
Salt
6 Arnold Potato Rolls
Pepper
Directions

1. Bring a grill (or grill pan on stove top) to medium high heat.

 

2. Cook 8 smoked sausages for 4-5 minutes each side until grill marks appear.

 

3. In a bowl mix together 1 bag of coleslaw mix, 1/2 cup sliced pickled okra, 3/4 cup mayo, 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar, 1 tsp brown sugar, and season with salt and pepper.

 

4. Place 6 ABO Potato Rolls face down on the grill for 1 minute or until toasty.

 

5. Place sausages on rolls and then top with coleslaw mixture. Enjoy and bring a little Texas home anytime!
